  Organizing and managing several projects for several client is not an easy task: who’s first? How much time can be allocated on a given project? What about incoming projects?

  In this presentation I’d like to talk about how Ideato manages a project portfolio:

  • team building: roles, the usage of xp techniques such as pair programming, tdd, standup meetings, retrospectives
  • processes: manage the flow with a kanban board, mid and long-term planning, how to allocate time on projects
  • tools: from trello to Google docs, passing by skype and Google hangout

  Target audience: everyone who’s part of a team working on multiple projects for several customers
