“Open Source Software for Business” (OSS4B) is an international conference that promotes the usage and the adoption of open source software in both business and mission critical environments.

The 2013 edition will be focused on DevOps and Kanban.

The event features two days of talks and workshops by international speakers focused on open source technologies and everything that ensures their successful adoption: hardware solutions, project management and organisation methodologies and techniques, best practices, business models, research and development, training, marketing, social media, licensing, etc.

OSS4B targets chief officers in areas such as finance, technology, information, data, marketing, risk/security, law, network, web, mobile, etc. as well as developers, system, database and network administrators, project managers.

OSS4B provides a platform for the supply of and demand for innovative ICT services of the highest quality based on open source software.

The first edition of the “Open Source Software for Business” Conference, will be held in Italy (Prato, Tuscany) on 19-20 September 2013.
